Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to help us attract and engage high-quality candidates for both technical and non-technical job openings. The successful candidate will be adept at research, communicating effectively, and proactively identifying potential talent from multiple sourcing channels. This role is central to cultivating a strong talent pool and assisting our recruitment team in fulfilling hiring objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and additional sourcing avenues.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines tailored to current and anticipated hiring demands.
- Initiate initial contact and conduct pre-screening assessments with candidates.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly understand staffing requirements.
- Accurately manage candidate data and prepare sourcing activity reports.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and effective sourcing methodologies.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Up to one year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with internship experience considered acceptable.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, various job portals, and other sourcing platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Boolean Search techniques and candidate research.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow.

Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
