Role Overview

We seek an experienced Talent Partner to join our growing team in Richmond. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, collaborating closely with senior leaders to attract elite talent and support the company’s scaling beyond Series-C funding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process by turning business requirements into clear job descriptions and advertisements, sourcing and engaging candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, conducting thorough assessments, and designing candidate-friendly interview and offer negotiation processes in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Identify and connect with industry-leading professionals using recruitment tools, networking at industry events, and engaging relevant talent communities.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and hiring strategies with leadership to maintain a robust hiring pipeline.
  • Adapt effectively to the evolving demands of a hyper-growth environment by demonstrating autonomy and prioritization skills.
  • Champion company values by ensuring hires align with Inforcer’s culture through comprehensive assessments.
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring positive interactions irrespective of hiring outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employer branding and enhancing employee value propositions.
  • Utilize AI and automation technologies to refine and scale recruitment processes.
  • Document assessment and interviewing procedures to maintain fairness and consistency.
  • Apply data-driven methods to monitor hiring metrics, performance targets, and forecast pipeline trends.
  • Conduct workshops to improve hiring and assessment skills among internal and external teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating recruitment strategies.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in talent acquisition, AI, sales, and go-to-market strategies by attending relevant events when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience across in-house and agency settings.
  • Track record of sourcing and hiring high-performing professionals.
  • Experience recruiting for global roles.
  • Background in fast-growing startups or as a founding recruiter is a strong advantage.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
  • Exposure to a combination of agency, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and internal recruitment functions.
  • Proficiency with AI recruitment tools, including Co-pilot and Claude.
  • Previous work within SaaS, MSP, or cybersecurity sectors highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with accountability and a capacity to deliver rapid impact.
  • Experienced stakeholder manager capable of articulating strategies effectively.
  • Data-oriented mindset focused on efficiency and quality.
