Team Overview

The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning team holds a strategic responsibility in forecasting workforce demands, building organizational capability, and ensuring the recruitment and retention of high-caliber graduates and seasoned professionals. This team collaborates closely with senior leadership, offering critical market intelligence, talent trend analysis, and candidate insights that significantly influence recruitment decisions and support company expansion.

Role Summary

In the role of Talent Partner, you will actively identify and engage highly qualified candidates ranging from new graduates to senior-level Directors. Utilizing a variety of sourcing platforms such as university partnerships, career fairs, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies, you will cultivate and sustain robust talent pipelines tailored for present and future hiring objectives.

Successful execution of this role involves partnering intimately with stakeholders in your assigned portfolio to thoroughly understand the requirements and culture of each team. You will also be responsible for candidate screening to evaluate their capability, motivation, alignment with company values, and suitability for specific roles. As the firm's representative, delivering a professional, inclusive, and positive candidate experience is paramount.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing high-quality candidates within competitive talent markets, employing diverse tools for direct candidate engagement.
• Some hands-on involvement in managing volume recruitment campaigns, preferably targeting early career professionals.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior leadership and coveted candidates while establishing expertise in the recruitment domain.
• A proactive self-starter who is driven to achieve results and passionate about their work.
• Experience recruiting accounting and finance personnel or familiarity with WorkDay is a plus but not mandatory.
