Role Overview
We seek a strategic, motivated Talent Partner to join our dynamic Talent team, focusing on recruiting for both commercial and technical divisions. Ideal candidates flourish in fast-moving, cooperative environments and are dedicated to cultivating diverse, high-achieving teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, craft role profiles, and devise effective sourcing and evaluation plans.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for vital commercial and technical positions, ensuring candidates have a smooth, engaging experience.
- Actively source and connect with top talent via multiple channels including professional networks, job portals, referrals, and industry events.
- Establish and sustain robust talent pipelines to fulfill present and future staffing demands.
- Leverage data insights to monitor hiring metrics, diagnose process bottlenecks, and enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Work in harmony with the broader People team to promote consistent employer branding and outstanding candidate interactions.
- Participate in initiatives to improve recruitment technology, onboarding procedures, and overall hiring functions.
Candidate Profile
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced settings.
- Expertise in recruitment best practices and familiarity with tools such as ATS systems (including Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
- Highly organized and detail-focused, comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
- Proactive with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Work Environment
You will collaborate with passionate, ambitious professionals based remotely and onsite across London and Glasgow. Acting as a key cultural bridge, you’ll embody our core values of empathy, integrity, and innovation to drive exceptional service delivery.
