About AIOS

AIOS is pioneering the first comprehensive AI-powered doctor platform. Experiencing rapid growth to $400M ARR from $10M just 12 months ago, AIOS currently serves over 200,000 patients monthly through its UK brand, Bolt Pharmacy, and is profitable. The company aims to revolutionize the $2 trillion European healthcare sector by leveraging GLP-1 products, planning massive growth and scaling in the upcoming years to dominate as the leading AI doctor provider.

Role Overview

As the Talent Lead, you will play a crucial role in expanding AIOS's team by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure rapid and high-quality hiring. The position involves working across a diverse set of roles—from performance marketing and AI/software engineering to clinical positions—handling searches spanning junior to senior levels. This fully remote, full-time role requires working asynchronously with availability until midday Pacific Time on weekdays and offers flexibility for personal commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, outreach, screening, coordination, calibration, and closing hires.
  • Develop repeatable sourcing strategies focusing on outbound headhunting and target company mapping to find top talent.
  • Maintain and improve hiring standards across all searches, enhance interview procedures, and ensure consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Keep recruitment pipelines organized and up to date using Ashby to prevent delays and improve time-to-hire.
  • Proactively identify risks in hiring pipelines, facilitate calibration discussions, and align with organizational leaders to optimize hiring practices.
  • Oversee candidate experiences through to finalized offers, managing compensation discussions effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience covering sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, with a track record of elevating team talent quality.
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills capable of creating targeted pipelines without relying on inbound applications or agencies.
  • Experience recruiting senior leaders with a refined approach to assessing and closing high-level candidates.
  • Excellent judgment in differentiating exceptional candidates from merely qualified ones, with the ability to articulate hiring decisions confidently.
  • Versatility to handle multiple, diverse searches simultaneously while maintaining sourcing quality and meticulous pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently, drive hiring velocity, identify challenges early, and pivot strategies when needed.
  • Commitment to hiring excellence, prioritizing exceptional fits over quick fills, and confidently challenging hiring managers if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments where agility and evolving roles are standard.
  • Familiarity recruiting technical roles in engineering, AI, data, or product areas with depth beyond surface qualifications.
  • Recruitment experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare or finance with complex candidate requirements.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance recruitment and outreach workflows.
  • Participation in building or significantly improving hiring processes, tools, scorecards, or interview frameworks.
  • An established professional network of high-caliber operators, builders, and leaders beneficial to AIOS’s growth.

Cultural Expectations

  • Deep belief in AIOS’s mission to impact 100 million patients by 2035 through relentless patient-focus.
  • Unwavering integrity and ethics in navigating ambiguous and pioneering challenges.
  • High alertness and resilience facing challenges with determined conviction, embracing "Day 1" mentality.
  • Dedicated to exceptional quality, rejecting mediocrity and pursuing excellence in all aspects.
  • Open and honest communication with transparency and respectful candid feedback.
  • Strong urgency and execution speed, striving to achieve outcomes promptly under competitive conditions.
  • Frugality and resourcefulness valuing wise and efficient use of company resources.
  • Relentless problem-solving mindset with confidence in personal capabilities and achievements.
  • Modesty and focus on impactful work over short-term recognition.
  • Focused prioritization understanding the importance of dedicating efforts to the most impactful tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 per year, including equity participation to share in company success. Additional perks include:

  • Comprehensive medical insurance where applicable.
  • Fully remote work environment with global distributed teams.
  • Budget allocations for personal growth such as books, courses, and coaching.
  • Wellness support with gym memberships, health-related apps, and biweekly health coaching.
  • Work coaching sessions biweekly to maintain sharpness and composure.
  • Provision of MacBook and necessary home-office equipment.
  • Free GLP-1 clinic membership to support health.
  • An evolving culture shaped by early team members' input.
