Job description
Role Overview
Consulting Point is a specialized talent advisory company concentrating on the management consulting sector, headquartered in the City of London near Bank, Cannon Street, and Mansion House stations. Our core business is supported by a proprietary AI and data platform consolidating detailed intelligence on consulting firms, markets, and talent pools. We seek a Talent Intelligence Analyst to manage and enrich this intelligence by handling extensive data related to the consulting market and candidates.
Key Duties
- Scrutinizing, validating, and organizing data about companies, markets, and candidates.
- Resolving inconsistencies or gaps in existing data records to maintain accuracy.
- Mapping consulting firms along with specialized markets and pertinent individuals.
- Utilizing our AI-driven data platform to pinpoint appropriate candidates.
- Constructing precise and targeted groups of candidates for recruitment needs.
- Initiating contact with candidates through calls and emails.
- Conducting early-stage interviews discussing experience, motivations, remuneration, and fit.
- Assisting in managing ongoing recruitment projects.
- Analyzing large datasets to detect trends and identify missing information.
- Contributing to the enhancement of AI tools, data infrastructure, and operational methodologies.
Progression and Development
Starting from this position, you can advance from Junior Analyst (with expected earnings between £35,000 and £45,000 including bonuses) to Analyst in about six months (£40,000 to £50,000), and subsequently to Lead Analyst typically after 12 to 18 months (£50,000 to £60,000), taking on broader responsibilities in talent intelligence, candidate engagement, and recruitment execution.
Candidate Profile
While previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent research, or data-oriented research is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Essential qualities include a strong aptitude for meticulous data processing, resilience with repetitive tasks, a proactive attitude towards verifying data accuracy, and effective communication skills for interacting with prospective candidates. An interest in the application of AI and data improvement in recruitment is highly valued.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role located onsite at the City of London office, requiring presence five days per week.
