Talent Engagement Lead - Meat Processing

Overview

We are Australia's foremost provider of trained and qualified Skilled Meatworkers operating from three advanced meat processing plants in Vietnam specializing in beef and small stock. Our comprehensive end-to-end approach to client-focused training, assessment, and recruitment is highly regarded by industry leaders across Australia. Our leadership team possesses extensive recruitment expertise within Australia's skilled workforce sector and holds active memberships in key industry bodies including AMIC and MINTRAC. To date, we have successfully placed over 1000 skilled meatworkers and associated trades professionals across 40 clients nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Promote our three newly established Vietnam training centers to meat processing companies throughout Australia.
• Target a diverse client base including large abattoirs, smaller regional processing plants, and food-service boning and catering operations specializing in beef, pork, and lamb processing.

Candidate Qualifications

• A background in business relationship management, ideally with experience engaging clients in urban and regional settings.
• Strong dedication to client service paired with a commitment to effectively supporting candidates to ensure mutual success.
• Exceptional communication skills demonstrating empathy and advocacy for the achievements of highly capable Vietnamese candidates.
