Job Overview
This position offers a remote work opportunity for a Talent Coordinator responsible for managing relationships and campaigns involving talent. The role is integral to coordinating projects from campaign initiation to completion, supporting both talent and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaign coordination through to execution.
- Handle brand pitch processes for talent referrals.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Manager and their talent roster, managing call notes and deadline reminders.
- Project manage partnerships from contract signing to campaign completion, including scheduling calls and shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, shipment oversight, and arranging content drafts and live dates.
- Attend briefing calls related to campaigns.
- Update and maintain decks, presentations, and quarterly report documentation.
- Maintain accurate campaign details within project management software.
- Show enthusiasm for emerging talent and actively promote rising stars.
- Engage in company-wide projects and initiatives.
- Commit to ongoing professional growth and expanding industry knowledge.
Candidate Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in related industries such as Talent Agencies, Management, Public Relations, or Marketing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for presentations.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse personality types and adapting behavior accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of emails and workload.
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media and interest in fostering talent relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, Mac systems, Outlook, Slack, Adobe products, or similar technology tools.
