Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Advisor to join our Sydney office to address the firm's workforce planning within a professional services setting. Initially, the focus will be on managing internal talent needs, with potential growth into external hiring as the recruitment function expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, concentrating first on internal hiring processes.
- Collaborate with company leaders to define roles, get necessary approvals, and make informed resourcing decisions.
- Assist the shift towards incorporating both internal and external recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate selection decisions.
- Handle job advertising, candidate communications, and offer management.
- Contribute to onboarding processes to ensure smooth new employee integration.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce reports as needed.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as directed.
Candidate Profile
- Between three to five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Background in recruitment within professional services, ideally accounting or legal sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a cooperative and pragmatic approach.
