Overview
Join Cisco's evolving Global Talent Acquisition team, dedicated to innovation and attracting exceptional talent. This key position focuses on the Sales organization within the UKI region of EMEA, crafting recruitment strategies and ensuring a superior experience for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with sales leadership in UKI to understand hiring needs and formulate recruitment strategies in alignment with business goals. Manage the entire hiring process including role definition, candidate sourcing, application management, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer delivery. Utilize recruitment metrics and labor market data to enhance hiring outcomes and reporting. Collaborate with Human Resources partners such as Compensation and People teams to ensure informed recruitment decisions. Drive inclusive hiring practices and innovate sourcing methods to attract competitive talent.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree with over 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, or a master’s degree with at least 3 years, or a doctorate degree without prior experience, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and experienced professionals within specialized business domains. Skilled in leveraging recruitment KPIs such as time to hire and quality of candidate pipeline to support strategic hiring. Proficient in English at a business communication level.
Preferred skills involve designing successful sourcing strategies for niche talent acquisition, advising hiring managers for effective recruitment decisions, collaborating seamlessly across business and HR functions, incorporating diversity and inclusion into recruitment processes, and identifying scalable improvements in recruitment operations.
