About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PERGOLUX, you will lead the charge in discovering, contacting, and engaging outstanding candidates across all divisions of our international operations. You will take full responsibility for managing the talent pipeline, collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill key positions spanning technology, marketing, sales, operations, and more. This generalist recruiting role plays a crucial part in shaping PERGOLUX's workforce and evolving into a strategic partner as the company expands.

PERGOLUX is a Norway-founded company dedicated to designing, producing, and retailing Scandinavian-style outdoor living products including pergolas and garden furnishings directly to customers. The company employs about 300 personnel and generates nine-figure revenue across eight geographic markets worldwide, including Europe, Australia, North America, and Latin America. The role sits within our Culture & Talent team based in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, and convert high-caliber candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and XING.
• Manage the end-to-end process of candidate research and outreach, creating tailored communications and personalized candidate experiences.
• Serve as a strategic recruitment ally to various hiring teams, working hand-in-hand to understand the job specifications and team dynamics.
• Develop and sustain talent pools for recurring roles across multiple functions including technical, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Provide support in recruitment data analysis and reporting. Represent PERGOLUX at career fairs, networking events, and related forums as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, particularly skilled in proactive sourcing.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, and a strong command of Boolean search methods. Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, or equivalent platforms is preferred.
• A generalist approach enabling recruitment for a broad range of functions and seniority.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proactive mindset and solid business insight.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher; knowledge of German at C1 level and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems like Ashby or Personio would be advantageous.
• Must hold a valid residence and work permit for Germany.
