Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

At PERGOLUX, a company specializing in premium outdoor living solutions, the Talent Acquisition Specialist role combines recruitment skills with strong performance tracking to advance global hiring processes. This position supports the expansion across Europe, the US, and other markets by managing recruitment activities through data-driven means including KPI monitoring, dashboards, and A/B testing methods. The successful candidate will partner with an international and motivated team to enhance recruitment efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for roles based in the Americas, from intake to final offer negotiations.
• Independently handle stakeholder relationships and reporting within a global matrix structure.
• Identify effective talent acquisition channels and advise leaders on compensation, market trends, and hiring timelines.
• Create and utilize dashboards and reports to analyze application volumes, funnel performance, and source quality.
• Conduct research and perform salary benchmarking for new markets and positions.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve candidate experience and recruitment funnel efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with expertise in end-to-end recruitment and fast-paced organizational environments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, funnel diagnostics, and mapping candidate journeys.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and reporting tools; experience with Ashby is advantageous.
• Fluency in English at the C1 level.
• Fluency in Spanish at the C1 level; Portuguese language fluency is considered a plus.
• Willingness and availability to work on-site in Vancouver.

Additional Information

Compensation for this position ranges from CAD 70,000 to CAD 80,000 annually.
