Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Global Surf IT Pvt Ltd, based in Tranasia Cyberpark, Infopark Phase II, Kochi, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with over two years of expertise. This role entails managing comprehensive recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT positions, ensuring strategic hiring aligned with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles including drafting job descriptions, preparing interview materials, and providing prompt candidate feedback.
• Source candidates efficiently using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals to build a diverse and robust talent pool for current and future vacancies.
• Perform initial candidate screening to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility; coordinate interviews with hiring managers ensuring seamless communication.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts while offering data-driven insights on labor market trends and remuneration standards.
• Maintain recruitment records meticulously within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and generate weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress and key performance indicators.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to refine recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent in a competitive environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation capabilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, efficiently manage time, and meet deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
