With over eight years of dynamic growth, eXalt FI Montreal continues to expand and is currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Canadian team. Working closely with the General Manager, this role offers a meaningful contribution to the company's ongoing development across multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the FI team to gather and thoroughly understand hiring needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, including salary benchmarks and availability of niche profiles.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn; regularly update and manage these postings.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to all incoming applications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Identify and engage potential consultant candidates through targeted outreach.
- Conduct interviews including pre-qualifications, HR discussions, and closing steps.
- Support sales teams by coaching them on recruitment processes, fostering smoother collaboration with candidates.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate profile review meetings and maintain progress metrics with up-to-date dashboards.
- Act as a reliable point of contact, guiding and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
