Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position based in Singapore entails managing the complete recruitment lifecycle primarily for sales roles within the academy. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assess the workforce needs relevant to adult education, define role suitability, and guarantee a positive, inclusive experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and develop talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Support initiatives to enhance employer branding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.
- Promote the academy's values and culture throughout all hiring processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience and expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in interviewing and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to handle multiple job requisitions, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Previous exposure to talent acquisition or human resources functions; familiarity with the education or training sector is advantageous.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum education
Diploma / ITI / Vocational
