Overview
North Nile Consultancy Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of a prominent Oil and Gas firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive based in Vadodara, India. This role involves managing comprehensive recruitment activities aligned with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from requisition and job description development to candidate selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Create precise and comprehensive job descriptions tailored to business requirements and hiring criteria.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms including job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates via direct sourcing, databases, referrals, job portals, and LinkedIn.
- Evaluate applications and shortlist candidates considering their technical skills, work experience, relevant industry exposure, and organizational fit.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments; facilitate coordination of technical and functional interviews with appropriate internal stakeholders.
