About the Role
Terra Technology Circle Consulting Private Limited seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least four years in recruitment, particularly from agency settings. This role focuses on sourcing candidates across diverse sectors including Information Technology, BFSI, Healthcare, and Travel & Tourism. The specialist will be responsible for building candidate pipelines for customers primarily in IT-Healthcare, IT-BFSI, and IT/Non-IT Travel & Tourism domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver recruitment outcomes within defined timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines tailored to client needs in various domains.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets consistently.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, especially with hiring agencies.
- Fluency in English communication is mandatory.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience or exposure to contract hiring, onsite placements, or mass hiring is advantageous.
- Familiarity with international languages such as German or Dutch is a desirable plus.
- Strong commitment to target-driven work methodology.
Additional Information and Terms
- This is a full-time position based at the office in Faridabad, Haryana (conveniently located five minutes from the metro station).
- The candidate must be willing and able to work from the office daily; remote work is not offered.
