About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand recruitment and selection needs to achieve timely hiring goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and meeting headcount targets.
- Implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to successfully fulfill hiring quotas.
- Engage in recruitment marketing activities such as career talks and job fairs to attract talent.
- Prepare reports on recruitment processes to evaluate and improve effectiveness.
- Handle all recruitment-related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments through pertinent questioning.
- Promote top-tier candidates to hiring managers and confidently advocate the benefits of available roles to candidates.
- Coordinate with HR personnel and company leadership to ensure talent strategies comply with organizational budgets and policies.
- Perform additional duties related to employment category and contribute to TDCX’s Quality Management System improvements as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience in recruitment and selection preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated capability in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and recommending qualified candidates, along with strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and personal commitment to achieving recruitment results.
- Upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and the language relevant to the market served.
