About Polyrub Plastics
Polyrub Plastics (PPPL), part of JNV Ventures, began operations in 2014. The company manufactures engineering plastic moulded components, PVC moulded parts, and multi-coloured designer floor mats catering to the automotive, white goods, and toy industries. These components are used in body, power train, chassis, and transmission systems for various OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Polyrub Plastics emphasizes high-quality standards by continuously updating its knowledge and technology in line with industry trends.
The company operates from two modern facilities located in Khushkhera, Rajasthan, covering a combined area of 60,000 sq. ft. The first plant started production in 2015, with the second launching in 2023. Both plants are equipped with advanced machinery such as injection moulding machines (horizontal and vertical) ranging from 45T to 900T, robotic multi-coloured designer floormat production lines, pad printing machines, and vibration welding machines. Polyrub holds certifications like IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and DUNS, along with a Green Rating from Maruti MACE. To enhance its offerings, the company has backward integrated by establishing a Central Engineering & Tool Development centre for complete mould manufacturing solutions.
Role Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluations while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
- Promote the organization's employer brand effectively across digital channels and talent networks.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and thorough attention to data accuracy and time management.
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in fast-paced or technology-driven companies is advantageous.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment analytics is a plus.
