Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and strategize recruitment approaches.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Manage bulk recruitment drives and create robust talent pipelines to meet current and projected hiring demands.
• Recruit across various functions globally such as Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and Corporate Support teams.
• Maintain precise candidate information and report recruitment metrics through the ATS platform.
• Monitor industry trends, talent pool status, and benchmark compensation to inform hiring strategies.
• Foster an engaging candidate experience and continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources earned from a recognized institution.
• Between 6 to 8 years of post-MBA experience specializing in Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling volume hiring and managing global recruitment initiatives.
• Experience recruiting for diverse functions including Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and effective communication.
• Proficient use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology platforms.
