Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a dedicated and enthusiastic recruitment team focused on the art and science of acquiring and retaining top talent across multiple departments. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to manage the complete recruitment cycle, fostering a strategic and organized approach to hiring. Ideal candidates will possess a solid grasp of diverse business functions, exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities, strategic mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment process from job requisition, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate interviews, offer negotiation, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop and apply proactive recruitment strategies to maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and future roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across all levels to assess staffing requirements and cultivate ongoing working relationships.
- Support various HR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and programs.
- Handle daily employee relations, including addressing complaints effectively.
- Coordinate performance management and talent development activities for employees.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, strategies, and programs that promote company growth and employee retention.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Educational qualifications in human resources or a relevant technical discipline are required.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience encompassing full life-cycle recruitment and collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience working both as an agency recruiter and in an in-house recruitment capacity.
- Innovative approaches to sourcing candidates and managing the candidate experience.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, including engineering, business, and commercial roles.
- Self-driven with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and applicants.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to align recruitment projects with core business objectives, reflecting high business acumen.
