Position Overview

Future Technologies and Services India is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist based in MP Nagar, Bhopal. This role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle and developing a robust pipeline of potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of recruitment across various job openings.
• Identify candidates using multiple sources including job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and referrals.
• Review applications and conduct preliminary candidate screenings via phone or calls.
• Arrange and organize interviews with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate databases diligently.
• Engage with candidates regularly to ensure smooth progress through the hiring workflow.
• Conduct salary negotiations and complete offer letters along with joining formalities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting talent.
• Effective communication capabilities and candidate engagement aptitude.
• Proficient in using online job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for sourcing.
• Strong abilities in follow-ups and scheduling coordination.

Additional Details

• Location: MP Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India
• Compensation Range: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month
• Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
