About the Role

Tekion India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer based in Bengaluru, India, to spearhead sourcing of top IT professionals. This role focuses on identifying candidates for niche and senior level product and technology positions using diverse recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified IT talent using multiple sources such as online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Perform initial resume and cover letter screenings to filter candidates who meet the specific job criteria.
• Work predominantly on sourcing for high-level product and technology roles requiring specialized expertise.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and market changes to predict and prepare for upcoming hiring needs.

Job Requirements

• Possess 5 to 10 years of solid experience in IT sourcing or technical recruitment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end IT hiring processes including job advertisements, candidate assessment, and onboarding workflow.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to establish strong connections with hiring managers and prospective candidates.
• Skilled in using applicant tracking systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent recruitment software.
