Overview

As a key member of the global People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Partner helps foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports employees and business growth. This role acts as a trusted consultant to business leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions and elevating the hiring experience for candidates and managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend workforce requirements and devise effective recruitment tactics.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding assistance.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through timely communications, feedback, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering insight into the market, candidate recommendations, and recruitment best practices.
  • Develop talent pipelines and pools to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks to attract top-quality candidates, including for challenging and international roles.
  • Analyze recruitment data and market trends to enable continuous enhancement and guide hiring decisions.
  • Support the design and rollout of talent acquisition programs, policies, and employer branding strategies.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide actionable insights into hiring metrics.
  • Advocate for a respectful, inclusive, and safe working environment aligned with company values and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to additional Talent Acquisition and People & Culture projects as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated track record in managing full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced, technology-driven, or global settings.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, able to influence and collaborate with leaders across all levels.
  • Proven success sourcing candidates for various roles, including difficult-to-fill and cross-functional positions.
  • Experience building talent pipelines and proactive sourcing methods.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and current talent acquisition trends.
  • Experience managing external recruitment firms and other sourcing partners.
  • Skilled in interviewing, candidate assessment, and candidate relationship management.
  • Data-oriented approach with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills focused on delivering superior experiences to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and versatile, adept at handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusive hiring practices that enhance workplace culture.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Recruiting experience in international markets; background in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or high-growth companies; experience with AHRM or ATS implementations; qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar fields.
