Role Overview

Join our Talent Acquisition team based at our modern Macquarie Park office. This role operates in a hybrid setting, requiring onsite collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will work closely with senior leaders across various support centre departments including Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance, People & Culture, Payroll, Governance, and Strategy to source and recruit exceptional professionals aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide comprehensive recruitment solutions.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships through insightful recruitment expertise and responsive service.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in hiring decisions and recruitment processes.
  • Promote the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) during all attraction initiatives.
  • Utilize innovative strategies to source and engage both active and passive high-calibre talent.
  • Contribute to optimizing hiring outcomes by reducing agency dependency, improving quality of hire, and accelerating recruitment timelines.
  • Develop talent pools to anticipate and meet future workforce requirements.
  • Ensure exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while upholding service excellence.
  • Support administrative functions including compliance, contract management, reporting, and recruitment record-keeping.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and proficiency with recruitment technologies. You are passionate about delivering excellent hiring and candidate experiences, adept at influencing stakeholders, and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment within complex portfolios, preferably within an internal Talent Acquisition team.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers to achieve superior recruitment results.
  • Resourceful and solutions-driven approach to sourcing and talent attraction.
  • Strong organizational abilities with capability to balance competing tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.

Desirable Additional Attributes

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday and contemporary recruitment technologies.
  • Experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools and modern sourcing methodologies.
  • Interest or experience in recruitment within not-for-profit, aged care, or community service sectors.
