Role Overview

We are creating a dynamic, innovative Talent Acquisition team tasked with raising recruitment standards at Rocket Lab. Fast-paced and trust-driven, this team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with proven expertise in recruiting highly skilled technical engineering and aerospace professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specialized engineering needs and guide recruitment strategies. Success in this role requires experience in technical engineering or aerospace recruitment, exceptional problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Qualifications

• More than five years of recruitment experience
• Demonstrated success in recruiting technical engineering or aerospace talent
• Proven ability to source difficult-to-find technical candidates through various channels
• Background in agency or in-house recruitment environments
• Strong relationship-building skills fostering trust with managers and candidates
• Capability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic workplace
• Adaptable and creative in problem-solving amidst shifting plans
• A collaborative approach, excelling within a high-performance team
• High energy, persistence, and focus on delivering measurable results

Working Environment & Expectations

Rocket Lab operates beyond traditional working hours due to the critical nature of our missions. The role demands commitment beyond a regular 8-to-5 schedule as operational needs dictate timely responses and delivery. This position requires onsite attendance from Monday through Friday without remote working arrangements.
