About the Team

The Data Talent Acquisition (TA) Team is dedicated to recruiting across key strategic business sectors at ByteDance. Our responsibilities include technical hiring for a wide range of roles such as engineering, algorithms, machine learning, large language model (LLM), and artificial intelligence (AI), focusing heavily on TikTok. Additionally, the team supports recruitment efforts for the BytePlus go-to-market teams and the data center supply chain operations, fueling growth on both the business and infrastructure fronts.

Role Overview

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work intimately with technical teams and business leaders to comprehend shifting talent demands and secure exceptional candidates. Your contributions will be essential in assembling influential teams that drive innovation and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, talent sourcers, and stakeholders to grasp hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and achieve hiring targets within assigned business units.
• Lead and coach talent sourcers through recruitment, training, development, and motivation efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Source top-tier candidates using multiple avenues, including direct applications, referrals, mapping talent, and external partnerships.
• Ensure an exceptional hiring process by delivering positive candidate experiences, streamlining recruitment, and maintaining stakeholder coordination.
• Utilize data analytics, market trends, and internal AI tools to enhance recruitment outcomes, overcome challenges, and assist strategic hiring initiatives.
• Champion employer branding and foster robust cross-team collaboration to underpin sustainable corporate growth.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• A strong interest in technology and AI, coupled with a passion for keeping up with evolving industry trends.
