Talent Acquisition Partner - Business Operations

Your Role at Voi

As a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Business Operations, you will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders across multiple markets to identify top talent in operations, policy, and commercial functions — key areas that drive our growth and success. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll join a high-performing team dedicated to continuous process improvement and leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand recruitment needs and communicate market insights
• Lead and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initiation through to completion
• Source candidates proactively to build diverse talent pipelines
• Maintain excellent candidate communication ensuring a positive experience at all recruitment stages
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to refine hiring approaches and utilize AI tools, such as Claude, to optimize efficiency
• Contribute to projects and objectives within the wider People & Culture team
• Act as a culture ambassador by leading through example within the People & Culture function

Candidate Profile and Skills Needed

• Minimum of 3 years experience handling end-to-end recruitment for specialist roles spanning operations, public affairs, or commercial areas, preferably in-house at a fast-paced scaleup
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities with proven experience collaborating with hiring managers
• Expertise in diverse sourcing techniques with a talent for identifying candidates beyond traditional channels
• Keen interest in AI and new recruitment technologies with the motivation to apply these tools to enhance hiring outcomes
• Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and projects simultaneously with effective prioritization and a positive attitude
• Experience engaging with talent communities and contributing to employer branding to position Voi as an employer of choice
