Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across both technical and administrative teams while adapting to shifting business demands. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners, your role is crucial in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for specified positions, from initial job intake through candidate sourcing to offer extension and closure.
- Work in tandem with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to devise effective hiring strategies and enable timely decisions.
- Recruit talent for both technical roles and back-office functions, adjusting to evolving organizational priorities.
- Design sourcing methods and proactively seek candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill vacancies.
- Craft engaging job advertisements and maintain an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data management within applicant tracking systems and other recruitment documentation.
- Utilize labor market data, talent analytics, and recruitment metrics to guide hiring choices.
- Engage in team initiatives by contributing to recruitment programs, events, and process enhancements.
- Constantly seek methods to streamline and scale hiring practices effectively.
- Represent Magnet Forensics at industry events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience handling full-cycle recruitment within corporate or agency settings.
- Demonstrated skill in balancing recruitment speed, quality, and positive experiences for both hiring parties and candidates.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and sharp attention to detail to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support collective goals.
- Adaptability, inquisitiveness, and a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and tools.
- Sound judgment, accountability, and flexibility in managing change.
- Experience recruiting for diverse geographical regions or international corporations.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Background recruiting within technology or software sectors.
- Experience with both technical and corporate/back-office staffing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, along with reporting and sourcing technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary ranges between CDN 80,000 and CDN 110,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits include generous paid time off, competitive pay, volunteer programs, recognition initiatives, employee resource groups, and health and retirement plans.
