Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, utilizing various sourcing channels and coordinating selection procedures. Your goal will be to build strong talent pipelines that address both current and future organizational hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative sourcing methods to attract a varied range of candidates.
- Employ multiple platforms including job boards, social channels, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and formulate compelling job descriptions targeted at suitable candidates.
- Arrange and conduct preliminary screenings, telephone interviews, and face-to-face interviews.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience through prompt communication, constructive feedback, and professional engagement.
- Keep accurate records and update candidate information using the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a comparable recruitment role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks such as Stack Overflow and Github.
- Experience in managing complete recruitment cycles, employing diverse interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Competence in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good understanding of organizational roles and distinctions.

Compensation
