About the Role

We are excited to invite a dynamic and outgoing Recruiter to join our vibrant team at Vision Organisation Pte Ltd in Singapore. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and securing potential candidates to support the complete recruitment cycle from outreach through interview scheduling.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates using diverse recruitment platforms and channels.
• Proactively engage potential candidates and maintain communication throughout the process.
• Perform preliminary candidate screening to assess suitability.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules efficiently.
• Track and update recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Continuously seek innovative strategies to enhance candidate sourcing effectiveness.
