Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Associate will handle the entire recruitment cycle, from attracting and screening candidates to managing interviews, overseeing ATS workflows, and assisting hiring managers throughout the procedure. This role suits candidates with 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in international or dynamic settings, who have a passion for working with people, recruitment systems, and processes. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including team leads and the CEO, is a key aspect of this position, supporting SalesCaptain’s growth by securing the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles within the company.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Workable, to track pipelines, manage communications, and handle hiring stages.
- Employ LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing technologies to find and reach qualified candidates.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules among candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
- Develop and post compelling job descriptions across suitable platforms.
- Maintain prompt, clear, and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Assist hiring managers with candidate assessments, feedback gathering, and status updates.
- Contribute to refining recruitment workflows, tools, evaluation scorecards, and documentation.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
- Background working in international companies or diverse cultural environments.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably with Workable.
- Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools.
- Solid knowledge of managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, organizational capabilities, and follow-up skills.
- Capacity to handle multiple roles and coordinate with various stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote work environment.
- Detail-focused, proactive, and able to independently own recruitment responsibilities.
