Role Overview

This full-time position as a Tailor is entirely remote, where responsibilities include constructing, altering, and completing garments to meet client requirements and uphold brand standards. Daily tasks involve measuring clients accurately, conducting fittings through remote consultations, advising clients regarding alterations, and performing expert tailoring and dressmaking. Close coordination with customer service and design teams ensures clarity on specifications, timelines, and quality guidelines. Administrative duties also include maintaining thorough order records, managing digital client communications, and consistently delivering high craftsmanship on all garments assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive tailoring and dressmaking abilities covering garment creation, adjustments, and finishing touches.
• Proficiency in fitting methods, including precise measurement-taking and interpreting those measurements into fitting solutions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills suited to managing remote client consultations professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail, good hand coordination, and experience with diverse fabrics and garment styles.
• Access to necessary tailoring tools and a convenient workspace suitable for home-based garment production.
• Capability to autonomously handle time management, prioritize multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines.
• Previous exposure to fashion, textiles, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Vocational qualifications or certifications in tailoring, fashion design, or garment technology represent a plus.
