T24 Techno Functional Developer - Core Banking

Overview

We seek an experienced T24 Techno Functional Developer to join a leading Microfinance company based in Bangalore. This role involves working within the IT department, supporting and developing core banking applications and ensuring smooth interface operations while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for T24 R19 and above, including TAFJ applications.
• Manage support for T24 application and interfaces at multiple levels (L1/L2/L3).
• Develop and update T24 applications, including versions, inquiries, and routines.
• Monitor and tune the performance of COB services.
• Create APIs and integrations utilizing TWS and IRIS tools.
• Engage with T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA), focusing on loan processing workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution for application problems.
• Support environment setup and assist in interface development.
• Operate with Integration Framework (IF), IRIS, DLM, OFS, and T24 Transact modules.
• Coordinate efforts with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors.

Candidate Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of relevant expertise in T24 development and support.
• Proficiency in T24 R19 or later versions and TAFJ.
• Hands-on experience with application and interface support specific to T24.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems and COB performance optimization.
• Experience with APIs and Integration Framework (IF).
• Familiarity with Arrangement Architecture (AA), IRIS, DLM, OFS, and T24 Transact.
• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and capability to manage stakeholder relations.
• Educational qualification: B.Tech, B.E., MCA, M.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc in related fields preferred.

Salary: 2,000,000 to 2,500,000 INR per annum
