Role Overview

We seek a full-time, on-site T24 Administrator to be based in Dubai. This role entails the management and upkeep of the Temenos T24 core banking system, including its configuration, user administration, and continuous environment monitoring to ensure system health. Responsibilities include conducting routine system checks, managing application deployments, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating closely with IT and business units to guarantee system reliability and peak performance. The role also involves supporting software upgrades and patches while ensuring all security, compliance, and documentation standards are meticulously followed. Engaging with cross-functional teams to analyze needs, test system changes, and continuously enhance banking operations will be integral to daily tasks.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of operating and administering Temenos T24, covering configuration, user access management, and environment oversight.
• Practical experience with core banking processes, integration systems, and supporting both production and testing environments.
• Competency in database management and foundational scripting or development related to T24, including proficiency in SQL and T24-specific tools or equivalent technologies.
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, software deployment methodologies, and incident/change control procedures.
• A thorough understanding of banking information security principles, compliance mandates, and technology best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and documentation capabilities with a focus on precision and thoroughness.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate productively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required; relevant certifications in T24 or core banking are advantageous.
• Previous experience in financial services or banking industry roles, particularly pertaining to administrative or system support functions.
