Role Overview
The Systems Architect (RevOps) role centers on designing and managing a cutting-edge, AI-integrated revenue operations technology stack. This hybrid position combines Salesforce administration with backend development to create intelligent automations and custom integrations that reflect evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce administration including data architecture, object modeling, user management, and platform health.
- Develop and support complex automated workflows using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom-built services.
- Create and maintain Salesforce MCP servers alongside AI tooling to enhance CRM capabilities within AI-driven workflows.
- Architect and manage SQL-driven data pipelines critical for dashboards and revenue metrics organization-wide.
- Turn unclear business challenges into precise technical solutions through direct stakeholder collaboration and implementation.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Proficient Salesforce administrator deeply familiar with object models, data import/export tools, and configuration.
- Experienced Apex developer capable of independently building, troubleshooting, and sustaining custom logic and integrations.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex query construction involving joins, aggregations, and data pipelines.
- Strong systems-thinking ability to track processes end-to-end and foresee impacts of changes.
- Passionate about contemporary tools with particular interest in AI-native system development and intersections with Salesforce and MCP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of dbt or other modern data transformation tools.
- Experience using BI platforms like Sigma or Looker for analytics solutions.
