Role & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals including printers and scanners.
- Deliver first and second level technical support through phone, remote sessions, or face-to-face interactions to resolve user issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems including local area network (LAN) issues, Domain Name System (DNS) setup, and TCP/IP configuration errors.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) or a related field.
