Job description
Role Overview
As a System Integrator, you will be actively involved on the production floor, assembling machines including mechanical parts, accelerator installation, power and data cabling. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for the assembly, filling, bleeding and leak-testing coolant loops, running burn-in and functional tests, and performing first boots on every node before shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble nodes in accordance with build documentation, focusing on mechanical assembly, accelerator installation, and power and data cabling.
- Manage coolant systems by filling, bleeding, leak-testing loops, and maintaining accurate records of these processes.
- Conduct burn-in and functional tests, and escalate any abnormalities or failures.
- Perform repairs and rework on units as directed by engineering, including handling returned hardware.
- Maintain organization of the production floor, tools, and traceability documentation.
- Identify and report design issues or improvements based on hands-on experience with the hardware.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in building or servicing server, workstation, or industrial-grade hardware.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strict adherence to procedures, coupled with the confidence to challenge procedures when needed.
- Comfortable working with torque specifications, fluid handling, and electrical safety protocols.
- Residence in Riyadh is required.
Desirable but Not Mandatory
- Experience with liquid cooling systems, including custom loops.
- Background in data center or rack integration.
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
