System Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an astute System Analyst to join our team onsite in Singapore, offering a full-time position. This role is essential for bridging business operations and IT, specifically focusing on financial service infrastructures. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored technical solutions that meet the stringent needs of banking systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Examine current banking system processes to pinpoint opportunities for technical enhancement and process automation.
• Collect and translate business needs into thorough technical specifications for development teams.
• Architect system workflows, produce architecture diagrams, and perform data mapping that aligns with financial data requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for the implementation of upgrades and new systems.
• Develop and update detailed system documentation and user guides.

Experience and Skills Required

• Between 4 to 10 years of experience as a System Analyst, ideally in banking or fintech industries.
• Knowledge and experience working with financial systems, transaction processing, or regulatory reporting standards.
• Strong competency in database querying using SQL and designing system architectures.
• Excellent communication skills capable of explaining advanced technical information to stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
