About the Role
We are searching for a seasoned System Analyst to become part of our Singapore-based team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical expertise, strong problem-solving aptitude, and the capability to connect business demands with IT services. This position involves working on site at our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing systems to spot potential improvements
- Collect and document requirements from various business stakeholders
- Develop IT solutions aligned with business goals
- Work in close partnership with developers, testers, and business personnel
- Support system deployment, integration, and upgrades
- Create technical documentation and user manuals
- Diagnose and resolve system issues while offering continuous support
Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience as a System Analyst or in a related capacity
- In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
- Expertise in gathering requirements and mapping business processes
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience with enterprise-level systems is advantageous
