Job Overview

The System Administrator's primary goal is to maintain continuous system operations within a bustling software environment. Efficient utilization of both hardware and software assets, alongside a solid backup and data recovery strategy, is essential to avoid operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong analytical and logical problem-solving capabilities, paired with clear communication skills.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft software products, various operating systems, diverse hardware, telecommunication devices, and commonly used applications.
• Engage in special projects as assigned to support the IT infrastructure.
• Support implementation and upkeep of IT security protocols and measures.
• Manage all IT-related operations including system upgrades, hardware replacements, and telecommunication effectively.
• Deliver basic technical support and troubleshooting to end-users for software-related queries.
• Assist with periodic hardware and software upgrades and replacements.
• Contribute to continuous system monitoring and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in system administration or related fields.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in IT with a willingness to develop and advance skills within the industry.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively within teams.

Work Location

This role is based onsite in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
