Job Overview
We are urgently hiring delivery personnel to join the Swiggy and Blinkit teams. This role offers flexible working hours with the ability to start and end your login sessions at your convenience. Employees can choose to receive payments daily or weekly, making it adaptable to individual needs.
Job Location
Work in your own city, close to your home, providing door-to-door delivery services for Swiggy and Blinkit.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly earnings range from ₹40,000 to ₹95,000.
- An additional joining bonus of up to ₹12,000 for eligible new hires.
- Performance incentives can provide up to ₹15,000 more.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Aadhar Card.
- Valid PAN Card required.
- Driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- A personal bank account for salary deposits.
- Ownership of a motorcycle or bike is compulsory for delivery tasks.
Additional Information
Applicants are encouraged to commence work promptly to confirm eligibility for the joining bonus. Completion of 20 orders is necessary to secure the bonus amount in the account.
