Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Sales Associate to join our brand-new Chadstone location who can embody the vibrant energy, enthusiasm, and passion synonymous with Swatch every single moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a customer-first environment by delivering outstanding and memorable service experiences.
• Engage with customers effectively to build loyalty and create a unique in-store ambiance.
• Stay well-informed on new products and promotional activities by participating in ongoing training sessions.
• Assist the team in reaching and surpassing sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain appealing visual merchandising and ensure the store’s presentation remains impeccable.
• Contribute to daily and monthly inventory checks and proper stock management.
• Handle customer follow-ups related to warranty services and general inquiries.
