Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our Construction Surveying team based in Gold Coast. This position involves working on a diverse range of major and high-rise construction projects, balancing onsite surveying tasks with detailed technical office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely construction surveys contributing directly to project outcomes.
• Carry out field surveys, calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and survey data processing.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Utilize advanced surveying technologies including software and equipment to enhance efficiency and results.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor on construction projects; high-rise construction experience is highly valued.
• Competency with 12d software and Leica and/or Trimble surveying equipment.
• Relevant formal qualification in Surveying.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as Associate, Graduate, or higher level.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management capability.
• Ability to operate independently while fostering collaboration, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within a senior team environment.
