Role Overview
The QLD/PNG Business Unit is expanding significantly to handle multiple infrastructure projects in Brisbane and Regional Queensland. We are seeking experienced Surveyors to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize surveying principles ensuring compliance with the Scope of Works and Technical Criteria (SWTC).
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, developing and overseeing risk controls related to project delivery.
- Collect and analyze data, including statistical and trend analysis.
- Monitor, review, report, and drive continuous improvement in performance, compliance, and defect/non-conformance management.
- Effectively communicate risks and mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Interpret project documents, prepare reports, and maintain compliance documentation.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree holders: at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma holders: minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Proven ability to manage oneself and lead teams within surveying disciplines for successful project delivery.
- Apply surveying principles aligned with SWTC to meet project requirements.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen including planning up to four weeks ahead and reporting on cost and time metrics.
