Role Overview
Embark on a rewarding career as a Support Worker with Disability and Home Support Services in Wexford, Ireland. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate socialisation and participation in social activities.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks to support their independence.
- Provide specialized services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Offer transport assistance to and from services as required.
- Deliver home support and agency-based assistance tailored to client needs.

Compensation Details
- Initial hourly pay rates: €15.00 standard, €18.00 Sundays, €22.50 on bank holidays.
- After probation, hourly rates increase to: €15.25 standard, €18.30 Sundays, €22.87 bank holidays.
- With 2-5 years of service: €15.50 standard, €18.60 Sundays, €23.25 bank holidays.
- Beyond 5 years of service: €16.00 standard, €19.20 Sundays, €24.00 bank holidays.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least two QQI Level 5 modules in Health Care Support, Intellectual Disability Studies, Social Care, or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous healthcare experience is essential.
- Must hold a full driving license.
- Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts, including 12-hour shifts for specific services.
- Preferred availability for weekend work.
- Individual traits sought include adaptability, trustworthiness, kindness, and commitment.
- Garda Vetting and reference checks mandatory.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in Ireland.
Employment Details
- Employment types available: full-time, part-time, and relief positions.
- Work location primarily onsite, with travel on the road to service users.
