Role Overview
The Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring client applications during night or rotational shifts to ensure their smooth operation. Training will be given to help the incumbent perform necessary application checks efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee client applications during overnight or rotating shifts to guarantee consistent performance.
- Utilize advanced skills in Excel to support monitoring tasks.
- Confirm that applications function without interruptions, with training provided as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain seamless application operations.
- Complete all assigned duties within the specified deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fundamental computing knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to respond swiftly.
- Basic proficiency in composing emails free from spelling and grammatical errors.
