Role Overview

The Supply Chain Supervisor position, based full-time onsite in Nassau, focuses on managing daily supply chain functions. Key duties include inventory planning, managing stock replenishment, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure continuous product availability. This role involves tracking logistics efficiency, shipment schedules, and resolving operational challenges to sustain smooth goods movement. The supervisor analyzes inventory data to optimize stock levels, supports cost management, and aids in refining processes. Collaboration with store operations and customer service departments is essential to harmonize supply chain efforts with sales targets and guest satisfaction, while maintaining adherence to company policies and local laws.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capabilities including data analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving.
  • Expertise in operations management such as workflow coordination and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written interaction across teams.
  • Proficiency in inventory management encompassing stock control and demand planning.
  • Customer service skills aimed at supporting stakeholders to enhance guest experiences.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail, preferably within dynamic or international setups.
  • Competence in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/supply chain software; knowledge of data reporting tools is beneficial.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams, prioritize tasks, and manage details under pressure.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
