Supply Chain Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, to strengthen procurement, contract management, and logistics within a government or public sector context. The role involves supporting tender procedures, overseeing inventory accuracy and availability, and leveraging data analysis to enhance operational reporting for optimized supply chain efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate procurement processes ensuring timely and compliant acquisition of goods and services.
• Assist with contract management tasks including reviewing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Oversee inventory to maintain precise, available, and cost-controlled stock levels.
• Manage logistics operations by coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Contribute to tendering efforts through preparation, evaluation, and thorough documentation of tender packages.
• Analyze operational data to support decisions related to procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance indicators and KPIs.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers to maintain seamless daily supply chain functions.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting supply chain effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• At least five years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tendering processes and contract administration.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
