Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Kabwe involves managing the entire supply chain process. Responsibilities encompass procurement, inventory oversight, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams. Daily duties include tracking inventory levels, analyzing supply and demand metrics, placing and monitoring orders, and resolving delivery and stock discrepancies. Additionally, the role requires streamlining processes, maintaining precise records, generating routine reports on supply chain activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Coordination with finance, operations, and sales departments is crucial to guarantee cost-effective and timely distribution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in supply chain and inventory management.
• Experienced in procurement and vendor relationship management.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess data and enhance processes.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Relevant educational background in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related disciplines.
